All new Marmoleum counter top and back splash were installed
in the kitchen. All of the interior trim was removed, cleaned and
polished. A "New" vintage style city water faucet was installed with
all nw plumbing and the original hand pump faucet was rebuilt and and
connected to a 10 gal Stainless Steel water tank.
